So the new Walmart in Frisco is horrible. I finally got fed up and sent an email with a laundry list of things: no handheld baskets at all ever, all big baskets in the parking lot blowing around in the wind, cashiers always crying on duty and griping about their job and a number of other things. Well when I got NO reply at all, I sold my Walmart stock.
My daughter goes to the new Mooyah Burger and she fills out the survey card and tells them a laundry list of things that weren't right at that store and they send her coupons for 6 burgers. Yippee for Mooyah Burger. They also email and ask her if the manager of the store ever responded to her email. When she says "no", they tell her they will be contacting that store manager.
So tonight, I'm in Home Depot. My favorite store ever. I hate clothes shopping. I'm more of a landscape and paint shopper. Well, I'm putting my house up for lease which is no big deal, but I also hate my job right now, so I'm a little sensitive aka bitchy. Well I go in the main entrance at 5pm on a Thursday. There is not one single basket or a handheld basket. I have to interrupt two ladies working the returns who are yakking with each other and saw me walk up to the counter, but refused to acknowledge me to ask about the baskets and handhelds. One lady informs me they don't have handhelds. They use the orange buckets. I ask where are those orange buckets and she looks out front and says "Oh, guess we are out". So I need to buy a few things and I only have my two arms to carry it all in.
I finally buy my chain locks for my doors (apparently needed because of some domestic abuse law), a peephole for my front door and Primer paint to paint over the lovely dark Magenta paint in my daughter's room.
So anyway, I get home.....and I've already been home BEFORE I went to Home Depot. Dang it. My front door has a chain link and a peephole. I guess I never used them or even noticed them. But now, as I'm on my third coat of primer and I've ALMOST covered the Magenta.....I'm thinking maybe I should sell my Home Depot stock. I typically love that place.
